Empower kids through strength and play.


Our camp is filled with fun activites that encourage team building, leadership skills, and collaborative play. Campers learn how to get strong and build lasting bonds by overcoming the day’s challenges. Our Coaches are USAW Certified and have passed USOPC SafeSport National background checks. After training free play with art, kids music, and games.



Weekly Schedule (Monday - Friday)


9:00 - 9:30AM Morning Warm-up, Goal Setting, and Olympic Sports Q&A 
Campers start with a guided warm-up game. We introduce all new campers and set our goals and expectations for the week.

9:30 - 11:30AM Strength Training & Play 
Learn basic bodyweight movements like Air Squats, Box Jumps, Push-ups, Pull-ups. Have fun with skill games to break the focus and involve play. Learn basic barbell skills. New groups based on ability with an instructor for each group.

11:30AM: Break for Snack

*please provide your camper with their own snack

12PM: Free Play, Art, Kids Music & Games  
*please have your camper bring a second set of clothes if they want to play in the water at the park

1PM: Pick Up

* Extended Pickup Option: After 1 pm ($30 per hour)
